What to Expect
Dress
Dress how you feel comfortable. Some people dress casual. Some wear a suit and tie.
Parking
We use our church parking lot, the neighboring church’s parking lot, and street parking.
Security
We have a security team that walks the block and uses cameras to watch our cars and buildings.
Welcome
Besides a warm greeting, our welcome team will give you a welcome packet and show you around, if you like.
Kids
We have various kids’ classes on Saturdays at 9:30am, as well as outings and special programs at other times. We have free child care for kids ages 2-9 during our 10:45am worship service. However, they’realso welcome in our worship service. All volunteers go through a screening program and background check. Your kids will be loved and cared for in a safe and friendly environment.

Our Pastors

Michael Kontes
English Speaking Congregation
Michael is the son of two Greek Immigrants, and the oldest of three children.He grew up in a very traditional Greek home and was raised in the Greek Orthodox Church. In 1991, He married his high school sweetheart. In 1996, he began to study the Bible and soon afterwards he was baptized in the Seventh day Adventist church. In 1999, his youngest child was diagnosed with brain cancer and died shortly after. .
Michael has been pastoring for the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists since 2001. His favorite Scriptures are John 3:16-17 and Rev 21:1-7.“I love the Lord and I love His Word. Whether in Northern California or North America, Kenya, India, Greece, and I love sharing the truths of His Word with people.”
